| We aim to cater for and meet the needs of all our visitors to Beech Tree cottages, self catering Accommodation. The following Access statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to call us on 015242-41828 and we will answer and address you queries as appropriate. Arrival & Car Parking Facilities: On arrival to Beech tree cottages, there is a large tarmac driveway entrance, which has a slight gradient to a large parking area. There are provisions for two spaces per cottage, please advise us if you require more, this can be arranged. There is a height restriction of 2.4metres to the main car park. On arrival there will be someone there to meet you and show you to your cottage, please go to the area signed reception. Arrival is after 4pm and departure is before 10am. If you are bringing your dog we have a fenced in dog toilet area with a waste bin. The main bins are stored in a gated area around the front of the cottages these are well signed. We do have garage storage for bikes if needed. All the cottages have wireless internet facilities, although there is an office room with a computer in for quest use, you will be provided with a key for this room. The cottages in general The car park leads to the entrances of all 6 cottages, the entrances are 85cm wide, all cottages have outside lights. A full comprehensive list of all utensils will be sent to you on booking. There is an instruction and general information folder in each cottage also there is an on site manager available most of the time. Each cottage has a log burning fire, 2 leather sofa's, dinning area and full kitchen equipment. The cottages have fire alarms, escape windows or doors in a ll rooms two fire extinguishes and a fire blanket. There are 12 steps to the 1 st floors of each cottage, each step is 12cm high the staircase is 117cm wide with hand rails. In each cottage there are 2/3 bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower. Holly Cottage There are 3 sets of five steps, with hand rails down to the entrance of Holly cottage then there is one step up into the cottage. Downstairs is all open plan on one level with a separate WC. There is on step down through the front patio doors on to a sandstone patio/ seating area. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Hornbeam Cottage There are 2 sets of 5 steps with hand rails down to hornbeam cottage, then there is one step up. Downstairs is all open plan with a separate WC. There is one step down onto a sandstone seating area through the front patio doors. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Willow Cottage Willow cottage=2 0has level access from the car park into an open plan living area, there is a separate WC. There is level access onto a high raised sandstone patio area, that has an iron fence around it with a gate leading down 8 steps to the lawned area. Willow cottage has levelled access to a ground floor double bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Maple cottage Maple cottage has levelled access from the car park, into an open plan living area and separate WC. There is level access to a high raised sandstone area, that has an iron fence around it with a gate leading down 8 steps to the lawned area. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Cherry cottage There is one step up from the car park into an open plan leaving area with a separate WC. There is one step down through patio doors on to a sandstone seating area. There are 2 bedrooms and a upstairs bathroom in Cherry cottage. Oak cottage There is level access to Oak cottage into a open plan living are with separate WC. There is one step down on to a sandstone seating area trough the front door. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has access through another, there is also a bathroom and an en suite shower room.
